Senior Traffic Engineer (Project Management)

GPI seeks a full-time Traffic/Transportation Engineer for our growing Albany Office. This position offers the flexibility to be involved in public and private development projects, including Traffic Studies, Signal Designs, Pedestrian Safety, Multi-modal Operations, and Roadway Lighting Design. The candidate will initially prepare traffic studies and designs with minimal guidance and collaborate effectively with team members to produce quality deliverables. The ideal candidate will be able to transition into leading the office's traffic group in the future.

What You Need:

• Project management experience
• Strong communication skills for public hearings and agency collaboration
• PE license required
• PTOE Certification is a plus
• Knowledge of traffic analysis software (Synchro/SimTraffic, HCS)
