LJA in Houston is looking for a Sr. Designer specializing in Transportation. You will provide drafting support for traffic engineering projects, producing high-quality CAD drawings and ensuring adherence to TxDOT standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CAD experience, with familiarity in TxDOT standards.
• 0–2 years experience using MicroStation ORD.
• Experience in traffic signal design criteria specific to Houston area.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical signal design plans according to TxDOT requirements.
• Produce CAD deliverables, including elevation sheets and summary tables.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and solve design problems.
