Job summary

Sentec, a Swiss-American medical device company specializing in respiratory care, is seeking a Senior Tradeshow & Events Specialist to lead planning, execution, and evaluation of tradeshows, customer events, and sales meetings. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, Sales, Field Excellence, and Executive Leadership to deliver exceptional attendee experiences while advancing business objectives.

Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field required.
• 3–8 years of demonstrated experience in tradeshow or event planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25% with occasional overnight stays.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• CTSM certification preferred.
• Experience with medical device tradeshows and event planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of US regional and corporate tradeshows.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage logistics including registration, booth logistics, shipping, and asset inventory.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, messaging, and success metrics.
• On-site lead for corporate tradeshows; resolve issues for a seamless attendee experience.
