Global AM100 Law Firm in Dallas, TX is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to support U.S. and international trademark prosecution, portfolio management, and enforcement matters.

You will work with seasoned attorneys on deadlines, dockets, and client communications. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience, a bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate, and proficiency with USPTO filing systems (TEAS/ESTTA) and trademark databases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of trademark paralegal experience
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate preferred
• Experience with USPTO filing systems (TEAS, ESTTA) and trademark databases
• Knowledge of trademark prosecution, maintenance, and international filings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trademark databases
• Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage trademark dockets and deadlines with reminders to clients and attorneys
• Conduct trademark searches using TESS, SAEGIS, Corsearch, and WIPO databases
• Prepare and file U.S. and international trademark applications, renewals, and maintenance documents
• Prepare and file USPTO office action responses and TTAB documents
• Coordinate prosecution and enforcement matters with foreign law firms
• Record trademark assignments and name changes with the USPTO
• Communicate with clients regarding searches, filings, and deadlines
