Job summary

US Tech Solutions is seeking a skilled Trademark Paralegal contractor to support client trademarks. The role involves assisting attorneys with filings, maintaining records, and coordinating with outside counsel and senior management on trademark disputes.

The contractor will conduct comprehensive trademark searches and prepare filings with the USPTO, while ensuring deadlines and dockets are accurately tracked. Strong writing and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or ABA-certified Paralegal Certificate is required.
• At least five years of trademark prosecution experience.
• Ability to draft concise communications (Cease & Desist letters, emails).
• Strong skills in conducting trademark searches and database research.
• Ability to retrieve, review and analyze trademark dockets.
• Experience preparing declarations of use and gathering specimens.
