Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of U.S. trademark experience, strong drafting and research skills, and bar admission with DC waiver ability. Onsite, full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of U.S. trademark experience in a law firm.
• Strong experience with trademark prosecution, clearance, and TTAB matters.
• Excellent drafting, research, analytical, and client management skills.
• Admission to a U.S. state bar with the ability to waive into the D.C. Bar.

Responsibilities

• U.S. trademark prosecution, clearance, and portfolio management.
• Trademark enforcement, cease-and-desist matters, and TTAB proceedings.
• Trademark clearance searches and risk-based opinions.
• Advising clients on trademark strategy, registrability, and global brand protection.
