Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in events marketing or experiential programs.
• 5+ years of experience executing large-scale third-party events, conferences, or experiential programs.
• Experience with major industry events such as AWS re:Invent, Microsoft Ignite, Cisco Live, Gartner Symposium, Mobile World Congress, or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution for Tier 1 and Tier 2 third-party events, on time and on budget.
• Support portfolio plans and bring event strategies to life across key industry programs.
• Own event planning documents, timelines, run‑of‑shows, staffing schedules, and workstreams.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for event agencies, vendors, venues, and production partners.
• Lead onsite event execution, managing logistics, staffing, and issue resolution.
• Develop and manage event staffing plans for pre-, during, and post-event periods.
• Produce ancillary events like dinners, roundtables, receptions, and partner engagements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer experiences.
