You will structure ad hoc challenges, drive execution, and strengthen communications across the Markets Operations franchise. We are looking for someone with a track record of leading complex initiatives, influencing senior stakeholders, and scaling operating models.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Trade Support, Business Management, or Operations within Markets, including experience operating at a senior/leadership level.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading controls, regulatory implementation, or strategic operating model initiatives at scale.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to influence senior internal and external stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with business-aligned Operations leaders across product, process, cluster, and cross-operations teams to drive execution of strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Act as a central point of coordination for ad hoc, cross-cutting challenges that require rapid problem-structuring, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through to resolution.
• Translate strategic direction from senior leadership into concrete workplans, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Track progress against key initiatives, proactively flagging risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps to leadership.
• Prepare materials, briefing documents, and analyses to support decision-making by senior Operations leadership.
• Support governance routines (steering committees, business reviews, town halls) tied to strategic priorities.
