Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Trade Support, Business Management, or Operations.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycle processes: capture, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Proven track record leading controls, regulatory implementation, or strategic operating model initiatives at scale.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with Operations leaders across product, process, cluster, and cross-operations teams to drive execution of strategic priorities.
• Act as a central point of coordination for ad hoc, cross-cutting challenges requiring rapid problem-structuring and stakeholder alignment.
• Translate strategic direction from senior leadership into concrete workplans, milestones, and accountability structures.
• Track progress against key initiatives, proactively flag risks, dependencies, and resourcing gaps to leadership.
• Prepare materials, briefing documents, and analyses to support decision-making by senior Operations leadership.
• Support governance routines tied to strategic priorities.
