Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in economics, international trade, law, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in trade facilitation and SPS work.
• Experience supporting WTO TFA implementation in developing countries.
• Strong written and oral communication in English.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose TFA implementation and SPS-related processes across client countries.
• Provide technical advisory on trade facilitation and border management.
• Develop reform roadmaps and implementation plans.
• Support capacity building with training materials and workshops.
• Prepare policy notes, briefs, and operational documents.
