Qualifications

• Strong experience in U.S. import compliance within a multinational, high‑tech manufacturing or similar complex environment.
• Deep expertise in U.S. regulations including HTS classification, valuation, country of origin, Incoterms, and trade remedies.
• Proven experience managing customs brokers and third‑party trade service providers.
• Experience supporting semiconductor, electronics, or advanced manufacturing supply chains.
• Demonstrated success operating as a senior individual contributor with enterprise‑wide influence.
• Intellectual curiosity and ability to navigate regulatory nuance and ambiguity.
• Experience contributing to trade system implementations or major process transformations.

Responsibilities

• U.S. Import Compliance & Operations: advise on tariff classification, valuation, origin, admissibility and PGA requirements for advanced semiconductor and high‑tech products.
• Manage U.S. customs broker relationships, including Power of Attorney, SOPs, performance monitoring, and escalation.
• Ensure accurate customs filings, post‑entry activities, reconciliations and CBP inquiries responses.
