Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Senior Trade Compliance Manager for Jurisdiction and Classification in the Aerospace and Defense group, to act as the subject matter expert and lead for the JC program. You’ll work with engineers trained as JC classifiers and serve as the primary contact for JC determinations, training, and cross‑functional support.

Responsibilities include second level reviews of JC classifications, drafting and submitting Commodity Jurisdiction updates to CITC,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in engineering and regulatory analysis.
• Experience with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and related export controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform second level JC reviews and classify items for the aerospace and defense group.
• Coordinate with engineering, product development and project management on classification issues.
• Draft and submit Commodity Jurisdiction determinations to CITC and government agencies.
• Lead JC training and supervise JC focal teams and processes.
• Monitor regulatory changes and implement updates to avoid unauthorized transfers.
