Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated seeks a Senior Trade Compliance Manager for Jurisdiction and Classification to lead the JC program within its Aerospace and Defense group. You will collaborate with engineers trained as JC classifiers, review classifications for hardware, software and technology, and coordinate JC determinations with CITC.

You will train teams, support product development, and assist in drafting CCATS/JC determinations while aligning with U.S. export control regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in engineering/regulatory analysis
• Experience with ITAR, EAR, OFAC and related export controls preferred
• Ability to read, interpret regulations and write reports/procedures
• Willingness to travel ~20% to support global teams

Responsibilities

• Perform second level JC classifications for hardware, software and tech items
• Support product development and liaise with CITC and JC training teams
• Draft and submit CITC reviews and CCATS/Commodity Jurisdiction determinations
• Conduct audits and provide periodic JC data reports to stakeholders
