The Senior Trade Compliance Manager for Jurisdiction and Classification will act as the subject matter expert and leader for the Jurisdiction and Classification (JC) program within Teledyne’s Aerospace and Defense group of companies. This position will work with engineers who have been trained as JC classifiers (aka “Focals”) as a second level review to confirm the classification of items (hardware, software and technology). This position will also be the primary point of contact for JC determinations, initiate JC training, support JC efforts during product development, assist in CJ or CCATS drafting and liaise with the Corporate International Trade Compliance (“CITC”) team. The position will report to the Trade Compliance Senior Manager at Teledyne FLIR Defense in Billerica, MA.
