Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in track construction, maintenance and repair.
• At least 4 years supervising staff in similar activities.
• Knowledge of FTSS and FRWS rules and Part 213.7 eligibility.
• Ability to diagnose complex track problems and implement fixes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and coordinate construction/maintenance activities with safety and cost controls.
• Manage inspection schedules, preventive maintenance, and track equipment programs.
• Develop and enforce policies for track and structure maintenance and inspection.
• Evaluate crew performance, enforce safety, and ensure project objectives.
• Train and supervise staff; prepare written reports and recommendations to the project team.
