Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Senior Technician for the TQR team to collect, analyze, and verify reliability data. You will oversee PM activities and coordinate repairs with vendors, operating in a non-cleanroom setting with occasional access for wafer handling.

Qualifications include an associate degree or technical certification and 7+ years in high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint and meticulous data handling are essential.

• 7+ years of relevant experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate wafer-level DC test tools and package-level electromigration test tools for reliability evaluations.
• Develop PM procedures and arrange PM/Repairs with vendors.
• Role is outside a clean room but may access clean room to pick up or drop WFs.
• Move 300mm FOSBs with 25 wafers and summarize data using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and accountability for errors.
