Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Senior Technician for the TQR team to collect, analyze, and verify data from reliability tools to ensure product quality and reliability. The role oversees tool preventive maintenance and minor repairs within the TQR Lab, with work outside the clean room but occasional access to clean rooms.

The position requires operating wafer-level DC test tools and electromigration test tools, developing PM procedures, and coordinating with vendors.

Formación

• Associate degree or related technical certification.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in high volume semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Operate wafer-level DC test tools and package-level electromigration test tools for reliability evaluations.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures and arrange PM/Repairs with vendors.
• Move 300mm FOSBs containing 25 wafers and summarize data using Excel/PowerPoint.
• Occasional clean room access and work outside a clean room environment.
