Job description

Senior TPRM Consultant (Partner Engagements)

Location: 1540 Broadway, New York, NY 10036
Department: Corporate Controllership - Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
Reports to: Director of Third-Party Risk Governance & Awareness

Position Summary:

The Senior TPRM Consultant is responsible for supporting the development and management of the TPRM Program framework, specifically for the sales partner ecosystem (e.g., solution partners, system integrators, resellers, distributors). This role sits at the intersection of risk management, sales, legal, and sales operations - and requires someone who can independently drive risk conversations forward, not simply administer a process. Success in this role depends on your ability to lead - setting the agenda, holding partners and internal stakeholders accountable to timelines, and driving issues to closure.

The role supports the design, maintenance, and enforcement of TPRM policy, standards, and governance. In close partnership with risk domain leads and cross-functional stakeholders, this role helps advance program maturity, support regulatory alignment, and strengthen third-party risk practices across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the TPRM governance committees, including preparing materials and strategizing focused agendas that drive risk identification, mitigation, and oversight.
  • Set the TPRM governance framework by defining roles and responsibilities to ensure appropriate oversight of third-party engagements and manage associated risks; and enhancing risk treatment / risk acceptance processes.
  • Determine and establish program metrics, including key performance and risk indicators (KPIs/KRIs) to enable effective oversight of the TPRM program.
  • Maintain TPRM policies, procedures, and governance documentation to reflect regulatory changes and evolving industry standards.
  • Lead the management and oversight of third-party risk management control requirements and framework.
  • Support the development of board and senior management materials that clearly communicate TPRM objectives, priorities, and program health using metrics and thresholds.
  • Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of Adobe's TPRM governance framework to strengthen risk management across all third-party relationships.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Sales, Sales Ops, Compliance, Procurement, Security) to ensure consistent application of TPRM policies and risk requirements.
  • Collaborate with the TPRM Training & Awareness Manager to design and deliver training and awareness materials that reinforce policy compliance and third-party lifecycle management.
  • Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of TPRM tools, technology, and workflows (e.g., GRC platforms).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in third-party risk management, governance, compliance, or related oversight roles with at minimum, 2 years of experience driving and managing projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk management and risk management fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and security frameworks (e.g., FCPA / UK Bribery Act, GDPR, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) and third-party risk management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex risk data and synthesize into clear, actionable insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of related risk domains: regulatory, channel, fraud, information security, business continuity, data privacy, financial risk, and concentration risk.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CTPRP, CRISC, CISA, PMP).
  • Prior experience in TPRM 2nd line function team and/or from one of the Big4.
  • Experience with sales partner and fourth-party/subcontractor risks.
