Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Sr. TPM for Sustainability within the Worldwide Sustainability (WWS) organization.

You will own sprint planning, release coordination, and cross-team dependencies to scale ASX, coordinating with product, engineering, and business teams. The role focuses on delivering sustainability solutions and commercial capabilities across multiple internal organizations, with leadership-facing updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical program execution across ASX workstreams, including platform enhancements, content pipeline operations, and downstream integrations.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across engineering, product, and business teams; surface issues early and drive resolution.
• Create, maintain, and communicate program plans, milestones, and status updates to stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Track operational health metrics for the Exchange and drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with the SDM and product leaders to translate roadmap priorities into technical requirements and delivery plans.
• Define and own the program management operating rhythm, including sprint ceremonies and stakeholder reporting cadences.
• Proactively identify ambiguities in requirements or ownership and drive alignment across teams.
