Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

• Lead the effective and efficient delivery of complex sortation solutions across engineering disciplines.
• Interact with stakeholders to define and deliver technical and operational goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for extensible solution development and integration.
• Drive consensus on technical decisions and allocate resources for high-quality results.
• Develop and decompose functional requirements with Product Management and Systems Engineering.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks at the portfolio level.
• Create, maintain and share project information with stakeholders.
