Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager III in Quality Engineering for Consumer Shopping.

You will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from planning to launch, partnering with Product and Engineering teams to drive data-driven quality improvements. The role requires strong program management experience, the ability to translate analyses into strategic recommendations, and a deep understanding of software development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in program management
• Experience with data and analytics to define, track, and improve product quality/readability metrics
• Experience executing incremental software launches and software development lifecycles

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish with cross-functional partners
• Plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules
• Communicate clearly with executives and engineers about analyses, recommendations and tradeoffs
• Drive launch efforts and manage data used to inform product decisions
• Ensure localization and compliance considerations across locales during launches
