Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional technology programs powering production and post-production workflows. You will drive end-to-end delivery across on-set capture, editorial, VFX, color, and final delivery, aligning engineering with studio priorities.

You will partner with engineering, operations, and leadership to optimize infrastructure spend, reduce risk, and ensure security and compliance throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive multi-year technology roadmaps for production and post-production systems.
• Partner with software development teams, production technology operations, and leadership to deliver integrated solutions on time.
• Develop deep understanding of media supply chain technologies and production workflows.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve blockers, and manage interdependencies.
• Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, and success metrics.
• Champion cloud-native, scalable solutions for high-quality content delivery.
