Job summary

Google is looking for a Technical Program Manager III for Display Software on Pixel in Mountain View, CA. You will lead multi-disciplinary efforts from requirements to delivery, coordinating engineers, product managers, and hardware teams.

You’ll shape multi-year roadmaps for phones and silicon, communicate tradeoffs to executives, and ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes for Pixel devices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of program management experience.
• Experience with embedded software development.
• Experience with Display Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders’ needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage roadmaps for software feature alignment.
• Drive build integration and manage regressions. Anticipate stability risks and proactively mitigate them.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
