Job summary

Google Mountain View is seeking a Leadership Technical Program Manager for Pixel Phone SW to own complex, cross-functional engineering programs from concept to launch. You will plan requirements with internal customers, manage schedules, identify risks, and communicate effectively with executives and engineers alike.

As a TPM, you will coordinate with Hardware, Software, Android, UX, testing and Product teams to ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy, define, lead, and own the execution of strategic projects from conception to launch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, UX Design, Research.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and advocate for program needs across organizations.
• Drive program-wide process improvements to scale execution, quality and efficiency.
• Manage a team of Technical Program Managers and foster collaboration.
