Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and releases.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical designs.
• Experience delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale recommendation systems for Prime Video.
• Coordinate multiple software teams and drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Bridge Tech, Product and business units to unblock delivery.
• Create and maintain a clear release strategy and plans.
• Collaborate with Product managers on requirements for upcoming projects.
