Amazon’s Prime Video seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to own the design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale recommendation systems powering Prime Video surfaces. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, product, and business to drive meaningful results.

The role requires strong leadership, program management, and software development experience, with a focus on delivering product and technical roadmaps in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
• Experience developing and executing/delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design, implementation, and delivery of large-scale recommendations systems powering Prime Video surfaces.
• Lead initiatives spanning across teams of software engineers and bridge across Tech, Product, and business.
