You will own roadmaps, manage risks, and build scalable processes, enabling faster readiness for major releases and manufacturing programs. This role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced hardware environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field and 6+ years of experience.
• Ability to translate complex objectives into clear plans, milestones and decisions.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated program schedules, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, and high‑level plans.
• Identify and actively manage risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies across teams.
• Build scalable processes, cadences, tools, and program controls for execution.
• Drive cross‑functional execution including change requests and escalation.
