Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a seasoned Vendor Manager to join the Low Voltage Vendor Management (LVV) team. You will own end-to-end delivery of data-center capacity projects, coordinating vendor management, procurement lifecycle from RFPs to PO issuance, continuous improvement, training, and customer delivery, across global sites.

You will identify risks, plan mitigations, manage a broad portfolio, and engage with design, engineering, operations, supply chain, external vendors, and network delivery

Qualifications

• Supports Product Lifecycle activities including BOM management, New Product Introduction (NPI), material transitions, and End of Life (EOL) management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, including vendor management, the procurement lifecycle—from requests for proposals through purchase order issuance—continuous improvement, training and education, and customer delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.
• Project Management: Oversee a broad portfolio of global data center projects, with the goal of delivering capacity to customers on time and as efficiently as possible.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies that reduce complexity and increase the speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects.
