Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Vendor Manager within the Low Voltage Vendor Management (LVV) team to drive end-to-end delivery of data center capacity projects, coordinating across internal teams and external cabling vendors to deliver new sites, space and power expansions, and increased customer capacity.

• End-to-End Delivery: Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams, including vendor management, the procurement lifecycle—from requests for proposals through purchase order issuance—continuous improvement, training and education, and customer delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project timelines and costs.
• Project Management: Oversee a broad portfolio of global data center projects, with the goal of delivering capacity to customers on time and as efficiently as possible.
• Project Planning: Develop and implement long‑term strategies that reduce complexity and increase the speed of delivery for data center infrastructure projects.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project status updates, conduct monthly business reviews, and address concerns promptly. Frequent communication with executive leadership is expected
