Job summary
Tinder in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery across Recs, Revenue and Engagement. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, plus Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Localization to coordinate complex programs at global scale.
You will own planning through launch, manage dependencies, and report to executives with clear status and recommended paths forward.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of Technical Program Management for consumer mobile products at scale.
- Experience with PDLC/SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with subscription billing and payments.
- Familiarity with lifecycle and CRM messaging platforms.
- Experience with AI tools to automate PM work and improve comms.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for high-impact programs across Recs, Revenue, and Engagement from planning through launch.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Localization to resolve dependencies.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans, risk registers, and milestone tracking across mobile, backend, ML, and web teams.
- Provide clear, timely communications to executive leadership on program health with recommended paths forward.
