Job summary

Echodyne seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to drive supplier-driven hardware integration programs within the PMO. You will bridge engineering, operations, sourcing, and external partners to advance next-generation radar and sensing platforms.

The role demands a systems mindset, deep technical fluency, and experience coordinating complex programs across internal and external teams, with significant travel.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex, multistakeholder development programs involving custom or emerging technologies.
• Experience driving supplier qualification, onboarding, and development for hardware components or assemblies.
• Strong understanding of hardware development lifecycles, DFM, and supplier engagement models.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving made-to-spec hardware and supplier processes.
• Define and manage development plans with milestones, readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Drive feasibility reviews and supplier evaluations with engineering and sourcing.
• Oversee integration of supplier deliverables into internal projects with quality and timing in mind.
• Assess supplier capabilities and mature processes for scalable development.
• Promote collaboration across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
• Lead post-integration reviews to improve internal and external processes.
• Identify technical gaps, supplier dependencies, and future readiness requirements.
• Travel domestically and internationally for supplier site visits and reviews (15–25%).
