• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 4 years of PM experience, or 6 years PM experience.
• Experience in budgeting, cost monitoring, and ROI projection.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Enable and define the path for future launches.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness and performance-improvement mechanisms.
• Define requirements across services by assessing requirements and identifying risks to ensure successful project completion.
• Manage and monitor program budgets, providing accurate financial inputs for business cases and operating plans.
• Oversee program progress against milestones, leading cross-functional meetings to address schedule, risks, and dependencies.
• Define integrated plans aligned with business priorities, establishing charters and performance baselines.
• Build consensus among stakeholders through clear, concise communication and influenced decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into technology strategies and initiatives, driving execution and delivering measurable value.
• Support continuous improvement by evaluating program effectiveness and recommending efficiency enhancements.
