Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager on the Solutions Architecture team to help our OEM ecosystem and customers build, deploy, and support AI Factories. You will work across NVIDIA teams and partners to close gaps, align requirements, and drive programs that deliver measurable customer outcomes.

You will lead with technical depth across hardware lifecycles, coordinate training, and influence leadership decisions while traveling up to 25%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
12+ years of enterprise/hyperscale data centers or related infrastructure experience.
Deep understanding of hardware system lifecycle in large-scale AI infrastructure.
Ability to drive debugging and issue resolution with technical experts.
Strong communication and relationship-building across partner organizations.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Lead technical programs across AI Factory development, deployment, and support.
Align technical requirements with partner capabilities and customer expectations.
Develop programs to close gaps in OEM services, training, and support.
Coordinate training and knowledge transfer with SAs, FAEs, and engineering teams.
Frame opportunities with leadership; establish ownership and dashboards for programs.
Use data and feedback to improve workflows and deployment processes.
