Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to own customer planning for AWS Trainium and EC2 Capacity planning. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, supply chain, and finance, driving initiatives that guide executive decisions and improve capital efficiency.

From Day 1, you’ll own strategic thinking, data-driven decisions, and high-visibility programs with engineering teams and senior leadership, delivering scalable processes and automation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
• 5+ years of software development experience
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Responsibilities

• Own customer planning for AWS Trainium and EC2 Capacity planning
• Manage demand intake and supportability scenarios to influence VP+ decisions
• Drive process improvements and collaborate with engineering teams to automate EC2 capacity planning
• Coordinate release schedules and cross-functional team alignment
