Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional projects across data centers, focusing on BMS and EPMS systems. You will plan requirements, manage risks, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure reliable, scalable infrastructure.

You will analyze operational data, develop dashboards, and drive improvements in incident response and system performance, partnering with executives and engineers to trade off technical options and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data centers.
• Experience in electrical, mechanical, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical projects involving BMS and EPMS for Greenfield and Brownfield sites, including scope, schedule, budget and resources.
• Respond to and resolve incidents related to critical infrastructure using BMS and EPMS data; coordinate with vendors and implement preventative measures.
• Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and drive process improvements.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations to monitor system health and identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with operational teams and vendors to mitigate risks.
