Amazon is seeking an innovative and high‑judgement Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join the Regulation Tech and Assurance team in the Amazon Privacy org. We own products and programs that deliver technical innovation for ensuring compliance with high‑impact, urgent regulation across Amazon services worldwide. The Senior TPM will own three key pillars: 1) act as the SME for how Amazon systems process customer personal data to deliver unique customer experiences, 2) act as SME for Amazon data controls that protect customer personal data, and 3) lead end‑to‑end technical design across infrastructure and business teams and 4) drive implementation of technical tasks while monitoring dependencies and reporting key risks, issues and blockers. The Senior TPM will contribute to the strategic direction for Amazon’s privacy practices while building/owning the compliance approach for individual regulations such as GDPR, Digital Markets Act (DMA), and more. This will require helping to frame, and participating in, high judgement debates and decision making across senior business, technology, legal, and public policy leaders.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
