Job summary

NVIDIA's Compiler team seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive compiler delivery across CUDA, ML, HPC, graphics and automotive domains. You will lead multi-functional teams, coordinate across time zones, and own process development from concept to delivery.

You will guide projects in both Waterfall and Agile environments, report to executives, and collaborate with partners to ensure on-time releases while enhancing development efficiency. Equity and benefits are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years in a similar or related program management role.
• Strong multitasking and attention to detail with technical background.
• Knowledge of OS, software development methodologies and compilers.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive software programs and processes across multiple time zones.
• Present project status to teams and executive management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to meet delivery milestones.
• Develop and improve development processes and escalation paths.
