Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary database projects, plan requirements with internal customers, and manage full project lifecycles. You will communicate risks to stakeholders and articulate trade-offs to engineers and executives.

You will drive architectural decisions, scale execution frameworks, and orchestrate cross-functional programs within the Databases domain to deliver impact at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership.
• Experience delivering distributed systems or enterprise infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope with the leadership triad and establish milestones.
• Architect and scale software execution frameworks and governance.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and risks across distributed teams.
