Job summary

Teradata is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive multi‑team technical programs across our product portfolio, owning execution from kickoff to launch. You will build roadmaps, manage risks, and coordinate cross‑functional teams including engineering, QA, documentation, and go‑to‑market to ensure successful feature delivery and launch readiness.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineering leaders, and finance/TA to align delivery with roadmap commitments, leveraging Agile

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs involving engineering teams of 20+.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams.
• Build and maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, and milestone dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-team decisions, standups, and steering reviews to keep programs on track.
• Translate status into crisp updates for product leadership and senior engineering audiences.
• Identify delivery risks early and drive retrospectives for process improvements.
• Coordinate launch readiness across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
• Surface trade-offs with data-driven metrics to leadership.
• Apply foundational AI skills to explore productivity and impact.
