Job summary

Teradata Corporation (SE) is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of significant, multi-team programs across Teradata’s product portfolio. You will own execution from kickoff through launch, building strong relationships with engineering, product, and business partners.

You will coordinate planning, risk tracking, and stakeholder updates while applying foundational AI skills to improve productivity and impact across our workforce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience across enterprise software, cloud, or data analytics.
• Experience managing multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and facilitation, able to write crisp status reports.
• Foundational AI skills and applying AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs spanning multiple teams.
• Build and maintain detailed program plans, dependency maps, and milestone tracking dashboards.
• Facilitate cross-team coordination and decision-making to keep programs on track.
• Translate program status into clear updates for product leadership and engineering audiences.
• Identify and escalate delivery risks early; lead focused retrospectives for improvement.
• Coordinate launch readiness activities across engineering, QA, docs, support, and GTM teams.
• Support data-driven prioritization by surfacing trade-off analyses to leadership.
• Apply AI skills to enhance productivity and impact across the workforce.
