Teradata seeks a Staff Technical Program Manager in the United States to lead large, multi-team programs across our product portfolio, guiding execution from kickoff through launch in collaboration with product, engineering and business partners.

You will own plans, risk management, dashboards, and cross-team coordination, while translating status for senior leadership. A background in cloud, agile delivery, and AI is highly valued, with a flexible work model in the US, including Columbia, SC.

Qualifications

6+ years of technical program management in enterprise software, cloud, or data analytics.
Experience leading multi-team delivery programs with 20+ engineers.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), data systems, or SaaS delivery cycles.
Hands-on Agile delivery, sprint planning, and program-level tracking tools.
Excellent communication and facilitation; able to produce crisp status reports.
Foundational AI skills and ability to apply AI to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own planning, execution, and delivery tracking for complex programs across multiple teams.
Build and maintain program plans, dependency maps, risk registers, milestone dashboards.
Coordinate cross-team decision-making; run standups, program syncs, steering reviews.
Translate status into updates for product leadership and engineering.
Identify and escalate delivery risks; lead retrospectives for process improvement.
Coordinate launch readiness with engineering, QA, docs, support, and go-to-market.
Support data-driven prioritization by maintaining program metrics and trade-off analysis.
Apply foundational AI skills to enhance productivity and impact.
