Crusoe is seeking an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to own infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end, including new site builds and capacity expansion. You will define deployment models, manage vendor engagements, and drive cross-functional alignment while delivering clear executive updates.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years as a TPM in hyperscale or AI infra, with deep GPU architecture knowledge and a track record of scaling large deployments across teams.

Qualificações

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager owning infrastructure deployment programs end-to-end.
• Experience with hyperscalers, GPU cloud providers or AI infrastructure companies.
• Ability to define deployment engagement models from scratch and gain cross-team adoption.
