Job summary

Amazon Advertising LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive large-scale initiatives across the DSP and media planning infrastructure. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define technical requirements, and influence architectural choices that balance business needs with technical constraints.

The role focuses on building scalable planning platforms, optimizing release processes, and delivering advertiser-centric solutions at scale.

Qualifications

5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
3+ years of software development experience.
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams.
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams and coordinating release schedules.
Experience building and evaluating system-level technical design.
Experience developing and delivering product and technical roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional programs across Amazon's advertising ecosystem.
Partner with engineering, product, science, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and drive architectural decisions.
Develop program strategies and roadmaps to anticipate bottlenecks and mitigate risks.
Drive operational excellence by establishing metrics and improving process efficiency.
Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and escalate critical decisions to senior leadership when needed.
