CoreWeave is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to own fleet reliability and operations programs for its AI Cloud platform. You will partner with Compute, Networking, Data Center, and Operations teams to drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability as the fleet grows.

Responsibilities include defining success metrics, leading cross-functional programs, and driving corrective actions based on data and post-incident learnings. Excellent communication and executive reporting are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience.
• 7+ years of technical program management in large-scale compute infrastructure/cloud.
• Experience in fast-scaling infrastructure environments.
• Strong technical aptitude across compute/storage/networking/hardware.
• Data-driven prioritization and executive reporting experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at the executive level.

Mansioni

• Establish and own fleet reliability metrics and dashboards (failure rates, MTTR, incident trends).
• Drive alignment on fleet reliability OKRs across engineering and operations.
• Identify systemic reliability gaps across hardware, firmware, software, networking, storage, and processes.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve fleet delivery and stability at scale.
• Define program plans, milestones, risks, and success criteria for reliability initiatives.
• Manage cross-team dependencies and unblock execution across multiple organizations.
• Track progress, surface risks, and communicate status to leadership.
• Participate in major incident reviews and root-cause analysis with follow-ups.
