Job summary

SiriusXM is seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager to own strategy and delivery of large-scale cross-organizational initiatives within Ads Engineering. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of related enterprise program management experience.
• Experience owning multi-year enterprise roadmaps and portfolio decisions.
• Deep advertising technology knowledge incl. ad-serving, RTB, monetization.
• Executive-level communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with Jira and program management tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver large cross-organizational Ads initiatives.
• Lead workstreams across engineering teams—from planning to launch.
• Maintain roadmaps and align Product, Engineering, and GTM on ROI and outcomes.
• Coordinate milestones, sequencing, interdependencies, and success metrics.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks with stakeholders.
• Provide governance and program health metrics and executive visibility.
• Communicate decisions and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
