Job summary

Thayer Power & Communication in Marlborough, MA is hiring for field technicians to install, repair and maintain wireless towers and antenna systems across New England. You will work with crews at heights up to 200 feet, perform ground-based civil scopes as needed, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

We welcome candidates with construction experience or training; OSHA10/30 certification is a plus and training is provided for RF safety, HazCom and related courses.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical labor including lifting 50 lbs and climbing.
• Experience in construction or wireless site work is a plus; training provided.
• Candidates must pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain wireless radio and antenna systems on towers and rooftops.
• Work with Crew Foreman to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and communicate effectively with crew members.
