Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Safety or related field with 8 years telecom tower experience.
• Associate degree with 10 years telecom tower experience.
• High school diploma with 12 years telecom tower experience.
• Approximately 50% travel to project sites and field locations.
• Ability to read tower drawings, rigging plans, and RF equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Tower construction execution with ZERO Harm focus.
• Evaluate contractor submissions for work plans, lift plans, and rigging plans for compliance.
• Analyze material testing reports for concrete, soil density, moisture, resistivity, and related aspects.
• Review contractor system tests including SWEEP tests and RF safety considerations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management to revise construction drawings and specs.
• Attend pre-construction bid walks and support project management in staffing.
