Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering and at least 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience owning validation/test efforts on analog, mixed-signal or sensor products.
• Strong knowledge of physics, analog circuit and signals analysis, circuit design, and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect solutions to solve complex open-ended test and validation problems.
• Develop analytical models to understand test system interaction with Touch sensors.
• Coordinate with multi-functional teams to translate validation problems into executable plans and deliverables.
• Design metrics and figures-of-merit to guide touch design and performance tracking.
• Lead engineering validation and characterization methodologies across products.
• Architect HW & SW infrastructure for innovative test solutions.
• Manage vendors to implement validation tools, plans and infrastructure.
• Perform failure mode analysis to drive root cause diagnosis and report findings.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
