DigiKey is seeking a Total Rewards Senior Benefits Partner to lead health, welfare, retirement plans, and leave programs. You will oversee compliance, implementation, and management of benefits across active and former employees, while driving wellness initiatives and vendor performance.

In this role, you will collaborate with benefits brokers in the US and UK, monitor program outcomes, and participate in annual enrollment. A strong governance mindset and HRIS proficiency are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or similar field.
• 7+ years benefits and wellness plan administration experience.
• 7+ years customer service experience.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SP HR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Administer medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, disability and 401(k) plans per rules and regulations.
• Ensure accurate benefits for active, on-leave, accommodated, and terminated employees.
• Oversee employee wellness programs across four wellbeing pillars.
• Chair the employee wellness committee and provide guidance on leave/ accommodations.
• Stay updated on federal/state laws affecting benefits and leave plans.
• Manage vendor performance and SLAs; collaborate with brokers in the US/UK.
• Maintain documentation of processes with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor engagement, analyze utilization and outcomes of benefit plans.
• Lead cross-functional projects and align with Total Rewards Team for best-in-class programs.
