Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Compensation Consultant to provide compensation consulting services for Amazon WW Stores. You will partner with PXT Partners and management to drive reward system objectives and advise on incentive plan design.

You will analyze existing programs, model impacts, and develop scalable total compensation solutions across global regions, while representing the client view in corporate initiatives and communicating complex data with clarity.

Qualifications

5+ years of finance, compensation or consulting experience.
5+ years of HR, Compensation Management or Consulting experience.
Knowledge of Excel and PeopleSoft.
Knowledge of compensation compliance with state and federal laws.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives.
Effectively partner with PXT and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues
Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation.
Partner with the business to develop variable incentive compensation programs, as needed.
Conduct job evaluations using market data and internal evaluation.
Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed.
Partner with regional compensation on compensation issues, and work on various special projects.
